Thai Kale Coleslaw a living food I got this recipe at the Raw Food Café in Bangkok, where we had lunch earlier this year. The café is part of Rasayana Retreat, a holistic health center in the Thai capital. I have since introduced this dish at Greenlife in Asheville, and it's been a very, very popular item.
