I make red, green and yellow curries. I typically use chicken or pork. I don't always make soupy curry. Sometimes I used red curry paste in a stir-fry.
When I visit Thailand, I love to eat oyster omelets. Often the easiest place to get them is at a food court in a big Bangkok mall. But you can find this dish all over the country! And there are different ways to make them. I prefer the fully-fried oysters.
