Kanom Jeeb

This is Thailand's version of Shaimu, the shrimp and pork dumplings that originated in Cantonese China.  It's a type of dim sum.

I bought the egg wrappers at the Asian market.  Everything else I did.

We have pretty good watermelon in Thailand, but I think it's better in the USA.  It's been really sweet the past few years.
