Sometimes the best noodles are instant ones. The key is adding the ingredients to make it gourmet. As you can see, I add some veggies, an egg, some ground pork and a couple other Asian favorites: kimchi and dried seaweed. This noodle bowl I made, basically, has a lot of Thailand, and a bit of South Korea and Japan.
