This is my third and final (I believe) Matcha Swiss Roll Cake for the year!

Since this is a Japanese Matcha Roll, why not show a print of an onsen?   My husband Allen bought this (for his mother) on his travels to Kyoto many years ago.

Beef Red Curry

I did a stir-fry version using ground beef.  It's not the soupy curry you might think of.  Do you notice the Thai eggplant and Thai basil?  Bought those ingredients at Kim's Oriental Market in Asheville, NC.
